It’s been 2 weeks from I arrived in Nanao city, and officially my internship has started from yesterday. The next stage of my challenge will be a management of restaurant called Ishiritei w located in Nanao city, Ishikawa. An urban development company in Nanao created the restaurant for handing the traditional soy souse down that city. I will take the dream over for the city and work for that until this December.
At this semester, even I’m a 4th year now, I stopped going my school for half a year. It’s not nerves for making this decision for me, it’s exciting that I can try to work for my hometown. This is what I really wanna do, which I was realized from this three and a half year at my colleges.
The place I work is a restaurant you can taste the history of Noto area in Ishikawa not only eating, but also see, smell and hear. It’s so welcome you come visit us. I’m here for you all.
